We may collect account information such as name, email and profile photo when you sign in with Google. We may also process images, documents, receipts, barcodes and extracted OCR text selected by the user.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide scanning, OCR, file conversion, PDF/Excel export, store tools, authentication, support, security and app improvement.

Third-Party Services

MH Scanner may use Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Storage, Google ML Kit and Google Gemini AI when applicable.

File Processing

Most processing is designed to happen on the user device where possible. Cloud or AI processing may be used only when the user enables or requests related features.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.

User Rights

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us.
